All exercise can be progressed or regressed according to the needs of any individual. Programs are put in place for adults to train their muscle imbalances, increase their heart rate, and accelerate caloric burn with functional total body training.
Increasing lean body mass is important to metabolism. Increasing does not mean “bulking up,” it does not mean women “get muscular like men,” and it does not mean that members will “lift heavy weights.” Adult training programs center on helping members make subtle changes in lifestyle choices that, when fused with functional training, will help them maximize their personal results.
