“After playing Division 1 basketball at Butler University I was given the opportunity to play professionally in Horsens, Denmark. To my surprise we aren’t on a lifting regime and expected to do what is needed on our days off. Coming from a strict Division 1 program I was so used to having everything scheduled out I didn’t know how to react. I have always felt pretty knowledgeable about training, but wanted something different and of course challenging seeing I would be doing it by choice and not by demand. Dustin set me up with a twice a week workout that honestly made me like lifting again. After my first 4 months in Denmark I could physically tell a difference in my body and that I was stronger. The workouts were simple, different & quick. My favorite part, seeing I had zero desire to lift after graduating. After the first month or so I was enjoying the workouts so much that I utilized free time I had to do my own “Panko” inspired workouts to fill the other days. I felt like the results were fast, which as an athlete you have to love, and just boosted my desire to continue going to the gym every day. Another big difference in PSS training is you never do the same workout, ever. I have to give PSS all the credit in the world for bringing back my desire to lift and huge props to the reason why I am leading the league in Denmark with 25 points per game. The dedication to emailing me different workouts weekly has kept me on top of my game and I look forward to finishing the second half of my season in Denmark. I can only imagine the outstanding results athletes are getting by having hands on training by PSS & if I decide to continue my career in professional basketball, I no doubt would love to go to PSS for my summer training.”

“I just wanted to thank you for all your help working out with me and getting me ready for BUDS.  I appreciate your help and will be certain to take your “CARNIVORE Culture” out to Coronado with me when I go, thanks again.”

“After one session at PANKO Strength & Speed, I knew that my son would flourish.  They are knowledgeable.  They understand.  They care.  They make it personal.  They get results.”

“She was a good athlete and a great basketball player, but after training with Adrian she was a great athlete and the best basketball player.”

“The training is excellent and very beneficial.  I believe you can see and feel results in a short amount of time.  The workouts are high intensity and you are always on the move.  It works on all energy systems and the strength gains are incredible.  I train at PSS every time a get a chance to come home.  You will know what each exercise is doing and the purpose of the exercise.  Any athlete would be more than satisfied with this system.”

“Training with Adrian is more than just a physical experience. He helped me amplify characteristics and strengths that I already had.  The program didn’t just make me faster, but it made me stronger all around and mentally tough.  He taught me to push myself farther than I ever had before.  Anything in life worth achieving doesn’t come easy and that’s the message he teaches.  I encourage the program for anyone because it really does help make any athlete stronger, faster, and an all-around better contender.  He is great, really supportive, and tough. Last year was a very big year for me on the field and I truly believe that all the extra work I put in training really helped me get to the next level; it helped me reach my dream.  At some point in every athlete’s career there is the point where they either go for their dream with all they’ve got or settle for less.  I truly believe Adrian helped give me that something extra that not all the other kids on the field were doing. He helped me stand apart and stand out and succeed.”

“We took the boys to watch your older athletes play the other day.  The college guys were very gracious with their time with the boys post-game.  I can tell you that it seriously made ALL their day!  The boys, of course, were beaming that they could say they knew four players.  I share this as it was made possible through your influence.  Your training influences their focus, training methods, and the sheer motivation to want to be better.  It also shows your influence on the college players (even though they are still VERY young as well) to take time with these little boys, by giving them just a few moments post-game to talk with them, even introducing them to their family members.  They thought that was cool.  Keep up the good work.  Whether or not you know it, you are influencing a lot of young men and teenage athletes.”
